2019 McRib US finale approaches

The 2019 McRib US finale approaches. We are hearing from more and more fans indicating that the sandwich is no longer available at their local stores. Other locations indicate that little time remains before the sandwich leaves their menus. As inventory drops, we are also hearing about some locations out of buns resulting in make shift McRib assembly.

Late Season McRib run

While some are enjoying their double digit count McRibs, like other parts of the country the nearest confirmed report for us was over an hour away. Not wanting to miss out chance, we recently traveled 1.5 hours out to Menomonie, WI where the McRib was still on the menu. It was as tasty as always, and the store looked great having been renovated since our last visit here a few years ago.

After I ordered I found out that this location would only be offering the McRib 2019 finale for about one more week (ending around November 9th, 2019). Taking the place of McRib as the speciality item at this store will be the Eggnog Shake.

Help others find the McRib

Seems the official McRib locator from McD has been shutdown, closest for us in the Northeast was in Nj a 3+ hour drive for me…as I remember years ago eating one thought it wasn’t that great anyway, had better on lunch trucks

Very disappointed it didn’t come to Miami. I though someone check in Fort Lauderdale but i called and they don’t have it.

Man! This blows! Can’t find one anywhere in the San Francisco Bay Area. The one reported in Union City was a phony report. Tried 50+ (theres money for me if i find em)

Yeah. Never made it to the Bay Area. Closest was Kettlemen City. Had one there one my way to San Diego in October. The McRib was all over the LA and San Diego area. I had one a day for the whole trip and then one more on the way through Kettleman City.

I don’t know why they never come to the Bay Area. I think the last time might have been 10 years ago?

I have not seen a McRib in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area in over 3 years. Because of this, I think I visit a McDonald’s maybe twice a year (that’s being generous); however, if there was a McRib on the menu, they would gain about 4 customers to frequent a McDonald’s at least twice a week. My family of 7 has over 50% who are fans… meanwhile, we succumb to perils of the Rodeo burger at Burger King instead. Get-it-McRib-together McDonalds and just leave them on the menu forever…

McRib literally lasted one month at the Carrollton Missouri location. What happened to the days when it would go well into late November and sometimes early December? Ridiculous!

MCDs locations are no longer selling the McRib . We know it’s a seasonal item but come on!! It hasn’t been out that long. It usually comes out and stays out til Xmas. This is ridiculous! FIRST THE MCDs on Sepulveda in Mission Hills stopped over a week ago. Then the McDs on Lassen and Sepulveda stopped this past week. Ridiculous . Now the one on Balboa..
