With the flurry of reports coming in, we thought we would share an image of the latest confirmed sightings so that you can more easily see if there is one near you. Confirmed McRibs availability appears to be focused in Texas, Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska. Considering just a week ago the McRib was only in Texas (as well as San Salvador internationally), it is interesting to see how it’s availability is now distributed.
Keep in mind you can restrict your map to see only confirmed sightings by selecting “Only Confirmed Sightings” and clicking submit in the search dialog to the lower right of the McRibLocator.com map. You do not need to put in a range of dates to search to utilize this feature.
If/when you find a McRib, please mark your sighting at McRibLocator.com and be sure to send us a photo (photos@mcriblocator.com) of your receipt showing the purchase so that we may mark it as confirmed.
Winner, Winner, McRib Dinner… err Necklace!
Last week, we posted about a pretty awesome McRib Necklace found at Catrina’s Toybox Etsy Store. Since our posting, she has increased the number of McRib offerings, including post earrings and dangle earrings (we are hoping for a ring option soon).
Anyhow, we have our winner. Using a random number generator, we have selected Amy, comment #3, as our winner!
3. Amy Says:

- Love the drumstick necklace. Little blast to past, eating them on my porch as a child.http://www.etsy.com/listing/89180777/drumstick-nut-sundae-ice-cream-necklace
We will be emailing Amy today. If, for whatever reason, she does not reply within 48 hours, we will choose another winner!
Thank you to everyone who entered and checked out Catrina’s Etsy Store. It is always great to support other McRib fans!

Good Morning Sacramento!
Periodically we are asked to provide some media information about the McRib. This morning, we were asked to be part of the always entertaining Good Morning Sacramento program. Cody Stark (@TVCody on Twitter) provided a McRib report and we chatted about the McRib’s return.
